Cloudburst is a single origin offering focused on sweet, balanced and well bodied profiles. This coffee was roasted as a storm series, resulting in a balanced, sweet and vibrant espresso or filter but also pair well with dairy.
We get a sweet profile of molasses and caramel and graham cracker. In dairy we dark chocolate and a long caramel finish. Black, this espresso is balanced with a creamy mouthfeel and a deep brown sugar sweetness.
