Getmese is a traditional Swedish food. It is made from goat's milk whey that has been boiled down and caramelised. It has been produced and eaten in Sweden ever since the Vikings. Joined with the exceptional cacao from Öko Caribe in Dom Rep gives us a bar that has sweet notes of caramel and creamy goat cheese.
