Who is behind The Better Good? Corey and Laura Neufeld. We are husband and wife, and the parents of three amazing children. We live in Buena Vista, just a short walk from the shop.
So, what kind of stuff do you sell? We think of The Better Good as a place you can go to find better choices for everyday needs. Home Décor, Clothing, Shoes, Bags, Books, Journals, Body care products , Cleaners, Kids stuff, Mattresses, Coffee, Chocolate and lots of other stuff!
We look for products that fit into at least one of these categories:
Organic- better for your health and for the planet.
Fair Trade - better for the producer.
Local - better for our community.
Made from reused/recycled/renewable materials.
Handmade – because hands are better than robots.
Natural - because natural materials are safest.
What else do you do? We give away money. Sharing what we have is important to us, so we decided to share 10% of company profits with local and international charities. We also get involved in the community with events like our free outdoor yoga classes.
